Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled.
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

In case there is no palmleaf for you, we will refund your total amount. Palm Leaf Readings involve significant preparation, coordination, translation, and scheduling.

Once a reading has been completed, no refunds can be granted.
If a consultation cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a rescheduling option or refund be offered.
